De’longhi Dinamica ECAM 350.35 Review
De’Longhi’s Dinamica ECAM range is new for 2017.
Dinamica Overview
The Dinamica range from De’Longhi is sleek, fast, espresso-based and modern as hell.
With De’Longhi’s awesome My Menu LCD screen, you can set up your machine to know exactly what you want and operate it by a one-touch method.
Qs and As
Q: What do the numbers and letters mean?
A: 350.35 means manual milk frothing while 350.75 means automatic milk frothing. The letter after those numbers, i.e. W or S refers to the colour. W is white. S is silver, SB is silver and black and B is black. See where we’re going with this?
Q: What’s the pressure?
A: 15 bar pressure. This is primarily an espresso machine and you probably already know that good espresso needs HIGH pressure. This has got it!
Q: What grinder does it have?
A: The Dinamica has a conical metal grinder that creates the perfect grinds quietly and quickly.
Q: What capacity does it have?
A: With a 1.8 litre water tank, you won’t have to refill this every time.

If you’re anything like us, you love one-touch coffee machines. After all, you can make back money but you can’t make back even a second of your time!
De’Longhi Dinamica 350.35, 350.75 and 350.55 has an LCD touch menu with 13 choices of drink.THIRTEEN!
It allows you to personalise your menu order.
It allows you to choose the aroma.
It allows you to choose milk and foam.
It allows you to do everything – without having to do anything.
It also allows you to make tea….
Technical Bits
The high-functioning brewing unit is hidden away but don’t let that make you think it doesn’t do much. This is full of De’Longhi technology and compacts the new grounds flawlessly to brew the maximum amount of flavour.
With a Thermoblock heater, the water is taken to the exact temperature it needs right at the moment of brewing. No stale water here!
De’Longhi’s tubeless system in its grinder means that old grounds aren’t left along the way to taint the taste of the next coffee. Fresh grounds every time.
Milk Frothing
If you choose the 350.75 or the 350.55 you’ll get De’Longhi’s LatteCrema system technology. This feature, placed on top of the milk section, creates barista-esque foam in the perfect quantity for the drink you’ve selected.
No watery bubbling milk here – this is a stiff foam that holds its shape and creates the perfect cappucino. The same feature creates hot milk for lattes and cortados.
If you choose the 350.35 or the 350.15 you’ll get the manual milk frothing function. With a neat milk frothing wand, you’ll be in control of the foam but with a bit of practice, it’ll be your favourite new party trick.

What’s the difference?
The Dinamica range is very similar to some other of De’Longhi’s machines. Namely the Eletta and the Autentica. If you want even more functions (while sacrificing the really cool screen) you can go for the De’Longhi Eletta instead.
